Episode 31

Honor Your Personal Rituals with Artist, Julia Buckwalter

Julia is a landscape and cloud artist. Her art can be viewed on her website www.juliabuckwalter.com

She has always felt drawn to the desert and in this episode, Julia shares two of her favorite childhood books that inspired her interest in art, Miss Rumphius by Barbara Cooney and Bringing the Rain to Kapiti Plain by Verna Aardema. I love that Julia shares that books were at the beginning of her journey, as it something she remains passionate about today, both reading and sharing books.

Julia’s story is a colorful ride of practice and increased commitment to her practice and personal rituals.

Angela Houghton

I am a mama living in the desert southwest. I love horseplay, yoga, mountains, fresh flowers and baking from scratch. We're all practicing, intentionally, or not. I'm on the journey to bring more grace, love and expansion into my practices and relationships. I appreciate the humans that share their stories so generously on this podcast and the listeners that choose to spend their time with us.
